Interloper
A downloadable game
Interloper is a short experimental game about communicating with an unknown and strange frequency from outer space. As you sit in your station, tune your radio to the correct frequency and take a look at the image that comes through on your TV. And then maybe decide to make contact...
There are a total of 4 endings based on the choices you make while playing through the ambiguous story.
How to Play:
Interloper can be played with just the left mouse button! Click inside the environment to inspect and interact and change your perspective with the arrows by the side of the screen.
Tip:
I highly suggest you have a pen and a scrap piece of paper to help you find the frequencies!

Cool little game. It took me a while to figure out how to do the frequencies correctly. There were a few that seemed to round down or up from the median value I found. As the other commenter said, I had no idea that the button allowed you to say yes or no. So I ended up getting the ending where you never hear signals again. I actually think I hit the button a couple extra times once trying to figure out how it worked. It's not clear what the aliens are saying either. So, you might want to work on being more clear on what the questions are that they're asking. Nice job nonetheless.
The frequencies have a forgiveness range so if it was say 10.500 you need to put it in between 10.400 and 10.600. It is overall meant to be vague what the aliens are saying as the goal is for players to hopefully want to explore more of the station for hints and by seeing other endings hopefully get a better idea what they are saying and discovering what 1 yes 2 no means is meant to be discovered as if you the player are discovering it in itself rather than the game straight up telling you. (Multiple button presses defaults to No) Thanks so much for playing!
Interesting concept, it'd be nice to see it expanded on. And maybe do a version that doesn't specifically cater to the 'Exhausting Jam'. I managed to get 3 endings. I assume last one is about choosing yes/no correctly each time, but I wasn't sure about the criteria.
Some quick feedback:
Thanks for the feedback! This is an idea I had for a while and figured it would be a good time to make a prototype of it. If I were to take it a step forward, things like more interaction and events like ambient noise from the outside is something I'd 100% do, for example I liked the idea of seeing things happening by the satellites and I'd have the communication be more complex then yes no questions. As for the final ending, there is some things in the office you can search for that may give you a better idea of the story and how to get the final ending. (Although again, if I were to expand on this, I'd make sure the story isn't so open ended.)
I'll check out the coordinate mix up, as for the tutorial, you should be able to view it again assuming something isn't bugged. When you open the cover there should be text saying Info and Instructions and clicking them will let you read some story info and the tutorial again. I just checked for myself and they are there working, so I hope this isn't a strange bug. But thanks for playing!

Ah, I did not realize those were actual buttons, as they don't look like the other UI buttons which have white boxes around them.
